With spring just around the corner, it's time for Palomar College's men's and women's tennis teams to serve up another season. Both teams won the Pacific Coast Conference last year, and began defense of their titles last week. The Palomar Comets women's basketball team dominated the court Feb. 3 when it handily defeated the San Diego City College Knights 93-45 at the Dome. The Comets improved to 16-5 on the season and 7-1 in Pacific Coast Conference games, while San Diego City dropped to 6-16, 3-6 in PCAC games.… Post the First Comment
 
The Palomar College women's basketball team played the Grossmont Griffins Feb. 5 in a must-win game. They did, and in convincing fashion, 58-32. With the win, the Comets have sole possession of first place in the Pacific Coast Conference.
